Organic Red Mandarin essential oil has relaxing properties to help you find sleep in case of anxiety.

This essential oil is made from the Red Mandarin's zests. Its sweet smell is delightful in diffusion.

Native to Asia and brought back to the Western world through the Silk Road, Red Mandarin is cultivated on the Mediterranean coasts.

Mandarin is a small sweet orange that was traditionally offered by the Chinese people to the Mandarins, the Empire's advisers.

Red Mandarin essential oil is used :

- Skin application : diluted in vegetable oil (30% maximum) for relaxing massages.

- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser or in a spray if possible.

Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).
