Organic Peppermint essential oil helps to fight headaches by external application on the temples.

Invigorating and stimulating, it also helps digestion.

 

Peppermint owes its name to its slightly peppered fragrance. It has been used as a perfume, condiment and medicinal remedy since antiquity.

Native to the Middle-East, today it is grown all around the world (in France too).

Peppermint essential oil is used :

- Inhalation : put 5 to 6 drops in a bowl of boiling water and breathe the steam for around 10 mn.

- Skin application : Peppermint essential oil may be applied on the skin provided that it is diluted (around 20%) in vegetable oil, Sweet Almond vegetable oil for instance.

- Diffusion : 5 drops mixed with other essential oils in a diffuser, following the limited diffusion's duration (often 1 hour).

 

Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).

Keep out of the reach of children.

Ask medical advice for children under 6 years old.

In case of epilepsy and allergies to aromatic molecules, avoid using essential oils.

Do not use continuously in diffusion.

Avoid contact with eyes, ears or nose (except application mentioned in the conditions of use)

Avoid pure essential oil contact with skin (except application mentioned in the conditions of use)

Wash hands thoroughly, preferably with soap, after each use in massage.
