Organic Camphor essential oil has invigorating and stimulating properties; it helps to develop the immune system's defenses.

This essential oil also helps to fight colds.

In Malagasy, its name means "good leaf". It was indeed in Madagascar that Camphor's medicinal properties were discovered.

Camphor essential oil is used :

- Skin application : 2 to 3 drops of Camphor essential oil may be diluted in 2 to 3 drops of vegetable oil for a massage on the chosen area.

- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser.

It is preferable to apply this essential oil on the skin to enjoy the best of its active ingredients.

Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).
