Organic Sandalwood essential oil relieves heavy and tired legs. Thanks to its regenerative properties, it is also recommended for skin dryness.
Sandalwood's essential oil is made from distillating the wood's chips. This tree is native to India and the Indian Archipelagoes. It was already used in antiquity to make furniture for places of worship.
Sandalwood essential oil is used :
- Orally : 2 drops to put on neutral foodstuffs such as honey, bread or rice balls, or tablets.
- Skin application : diluted in vegetable oil (15% to 30% maximum) for a spinal massage or applied topically.
- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser. A spray may also be used for relaxation.
Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).
