Organic True Lavender essential oil heals all the cuts and scratches of everyday life.  

Its main properties are analgesic, soothing and antiseptic.

This essential oil is recommended for several skin problems (burns, wounds, insect stings, etc.) and is also very efficient to relieve cramps, anxiety, stress, and sleep disorders.

Its fragrance is very pleasant and makes it ideal for diffusion.

 

Lavender's name comes from the Latin word "lavare", which means to wash, because the ancient Romans used it in their bath and to wash their linen.

True Lavender essential oil is used :

- Orally : 2 drops to put on neutral foodstuffs such as honey, bread or rice balls, or tablets.

- Skin application : apply 3 to 4 drops topically on the chosen area.

- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser, following the recommended diffusion's duration (often 1 hour).

 

It is preferable to apply this essential oil on the skin to enjoy the best of its active ingredients.

 

Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).

Wash hands thoroughly, preferably with soap, after each use in massage.
