Organic Rosemary Camphor essential oil is helpful for tired and/or contracted muscles.
It is recommended for cramps.
Rosemary's genus name, "Rosmarinus", means "dew of the sea": this plant indeed grows near the sea.
It can be found around the Mediterranean sea and was already grown in ancient times. Today, Rosemary is used in diffusion in several places of worship. 3 varieties of Rosemary essential oil exist: camphor, cineole and verbenone.
Rosemary Camphor essential oil is used :
- Skin application : diluted in vegetable oil (15% to 30% maximum) for a massage on the chosen area or in frictions. Rosemary Camphor essential oil may be used pure.
- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser.
Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).
