Meadowsweet oil is made by macerating fresh organic Meadowsweet flowers in organic sunflower oil.

Meadowsweet is an elegant herbaceous and perennial plant belonging to the family Rosaceae.

It can be found abundantly in damp meadows, near rivers and springs, and particularly in Auvergne where it is harvested by our farmers. Meadowsweet has several nicknames: Pride of the Meadow, Meadow Queen, Lady of the Meadow, and Bridewort. In the nineteenth century, it was discovered that Meadowsweet contains aspirin!

Meadosweet helps water and toxin elimination through the kidneys, liver, intestines and skin; it is a precious help against water retention.
