Organic Lemon essential oil is powerful against infections and particularly recommended to purify and freshen the air.
Its acid taste stimulates taste buds, which is excellent for digestion. This essential oil also has calming properties.
Probably imported from India, lemon was used for the first time in Europe at the end of the twelfth century, especially against scurvy. Lemon is among the fruits with the most numerous properties and is commonly found in everyday life.
Lemon Zest essential oil is used :
- Skin application : you can dilute 2 drops of essential oil in 2 drops of vegetable oil, and massage on the area.
- In diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser, following the recommended limited diffusion's duration (often 1 hour maximum).
It is preferable to use this essential oil in diffusion to enjoy the best of its active ingredients.
Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).
