Organic Blue Gum Eucalyptus is an expectorant and thus relieves congestion in the respiratory tracts. This essential oil can be used in case of cold and bronchitis.

This essential oil is also a precious bactericide and antiseptic: it relieves rheumatismal pain and helps to maintain proper oral hygiene.

Native to Australia, Blue Gum Eucalyptus essential oil is a natural remedy used by Indigenous Australians, still widely used today in several remedies for colds.

Only around 20 species among the 600 Eucalyptus species give essential oils.

Blue Gum Eucalyptus essential oil is used :

- Skin application : you can dilute 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in 2 to 3 drops of vegetable oil and massage on the chosen area.

- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser, following the recommended diffusion's duration (often 1 hour maximum).

Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).

Wash hands thoroughly, preferably with soap, after each use in massage.
