EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS

Blue Gum Eucalyptus essential oil is used :

- Skin application : you can dilute 2 to 3 drops of essential oil in 2 to 3 drops of vegetable oil and massage on the chosen area.

- Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser, following the recommended diffusion's duration (often 1 hour maximum).

Do not exceed the recommended doses (ask your physician or a pharmacist specializing in aromatherapy).

Wash hands thoroughly, preferably with soap, after each use in massage.
